Yes, I am a UK taxpayer. I would like UK for UNHCR to claim Gift Aid on this donation, as well as any future donations and any donations made to UK for UNHCR in the past four years. Earthquake in Myanmar

A violent earthquake struck north-east of Mandalay, Myanmar just before 6.30am GMT the 28th March causing widespread destruction and leaving thousands of families in urgent need of assistance.

Your donation will help save lives.

1.6 million displaced people live in central and northwest parts of Myanmar, where the earthquake has hit hardest. Homes are destroyed, lives lost, and communities are struggling to cope with the aftermath.

UNHCR has been present in Myanmar since 1993 and is working with partners on the ground to provide critical protection, shelter, emergency supplies but we can only do this with your help.
